RKX

    Dividend Adjustment Policy

CFD trading does not involve holding actual shares. To keep pricing fair when share prices move on the ex-dividend date, RKX automatically applies dividend adjustments to your account.

    Dividend Adjustment Process

When a stock or ETF you trade pays a dividend, RKX adjusts your account balance on the ex-dividend date — long positions receive the dividend amount, short positions are charged the dividend amount.

    Trigger
Positions still open at 00:05 (platform time) on the ex-dividend date
    Direction
    Long positions: dividend amount credited
    Short positions: dividend amount debited
    Calculation
Adjustment = Dividend per share × Contract size × Lots

    * Index products have no fixed ex-dividend date. When any constituent of an index pays a dividend that affects the index price, RKX will also apply a dividend adjustment and deduct 1% of the adjustment as a handling fee. The actual adjustment depends on parameters set by RKX's liquidity providers and may change with them.
